“Mirror, signal, manoeuvre” – for many, those words once held the key to freedom, independence and respect from their peers. But how would you fare if you had to don your ‘L’ plates and re-take your driving test?
Supported by BSM and Westfield Sportcars, the first-ever Celebrity Driving Challenge at the British International Motor Show will see two teams of stars put through their motoring skills paces. From experienced drivers to relative ‘newbies’, top celebs will compete against each other to raise funds for war hero charity, Help for Heroes.
The teams will navigate their way around a specially-designed 'It's a knock-out'-style obstacle course. Expect fun and drama both behind the wheel and on the track as our learners attempt driving test stalwarts such as the dreaded reverse park and reversing around a corner.
The Celebrity Driving Challenge took place on July 23rd and raised £10 000 for charity Help for Heroes.
